The nation’s premier conference for crisis residential professionals, providers, stakeholders and peer support specialists.
The Crisis Residential Conference is a cost-effective way to ensure our community is providing efficient and results-driven crisis residential/stabilization services as a diversion from psychiatric hospitalization, Emergency Department visits, and/or jail.
During the 2-day conference you will have access to sessions on:
125+ attendees that represent crisis residential and peer respite providers, professionals, stakeholders, and people with lived experience from across the country.
The network of attending crisis professionals are committed to serving those in need of behavioral health crisis services in their community. This conference is designed to develop a nationwide voice for crisis residential services (and other residential alternatives to psychiatric hospitalization), deepen relationships, and provide a forum to learn about and discuss the issues most pressing in our field.
Social Media – The conference is actively promoted through social media before and throughout the event. Sites include Twitter, Facebook, and a Crisis providers listserv.
Email Marketing – the conference is heavily promoted among the crisis residential community, reaching thousands of inboxes.
Shared Materials – Conference presentations and materials, including information on sponsors are shared with the entire crisis residential community following the conference.
Crisis Residential homes play a unique role in the nation’s healthcare system by providing a homelike and therapeutic alternative to hospitalization. Providing recovery services that are strengths-focused, client-centered and community-based, these services play a critical role in the crisis services continuum.
